Our 2026 Annual Meeting will be hosted by Stellenbosch University, Faculty of Law, on September 3-4, 2026, in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
The conference is open to everyone.
ACCOMODATION & TRANSPORTATION
Each registered attendee is responsible for making their own hotel accommodations and transportation to Stellenbosch, South Africa. The conference will take place at the Stellenbosch Central, Stellenbosch, 7602, South Africa
Upon registration, attendees will be provided with hotel information.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
Official invitation letters will be emailed seperately upon registration. Please note that all reigstrants are responsbile for securing their own visas into South Africa in their home country as necessary.
Visa and Travel Disclaimer: It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to secure the necessary travel visa. We strongly recommend applying for your visa as early as possible to avoid potential processing delays. The IALS cannot issue refunds or credits due to visa denials, delays, or other travel-related restrictions.
Cancellation Policy: All registration fees for the IALS Annual Meeting are non-refundable. Registration is final upon payment, and refunds will not be issued for non-attence, scheduling conflicts, or travel complications.

Registration fees must be received by August 21, 2026, or proof of submission with a date on or prior to this
deadline.
MEMBER FEE: USD $595.00
NON-MEMBER FEE: USD $895.00
*GUEST FEE: USD $150.00
*Please note that “guests” are welcome to join our social events and meals, but they are not permitted to attend conference sessions or participate as delegates.
